The class will allow your child to focus on body and movement awareness\, coordination\, learn useful self-defense and non-violent anti-bullying practices. The class will combine basic boxing and wrestling techniques and grappling techniques. The class will culminate in a group school project. Students will participate in skills and drills as well as game play. \n\n\n\nNote: Children will be required wear protective eyewear. \n\n\n\n20 students \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInstructor: Mr. M.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMUST READ: Homework Assistance Program\n\n\n\nWe are pleased to announce the return of the “Homework Assistance Program” offered to children enrolled in the after-school SPORTS activities ONLY (Soccer\, Hockey/Lacrosse\, Martial Arts\, and Basketball) on the day(s) for which they are registered (Mon-Thurs). \n\n\n\nThis will allow you to keep your younger children (grades 1-3) in after school supervision once their activity ends.
