With this fun and interactive program\, your junior programmers will learn how to design and program their own games. They will explore the concept of codes and they will also learn one of the most important concepts of game programming\, namely the application of 3D games like Minecraft.   Children will mainly learn: • The basic concepts of game development • How to use the attributes. \n\n\n\n20 students \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInstructor: TBA\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMUST READ: After School Supervision Program\n\n\n\nChildren in NON-SPORT after-school programs are NOT SUPERVISED after the activity ends. Games\, skills\, and drills will all be part of the fun. \n\n\n\n20 students \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInstructor: Dean Smith (Trevor Williams Foundation)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMUST READ: Homework Assistance Program\n\n\n\nWe are pleased to announce the return of the “Homework Assistance Program” offered to children enrolled in the after-school SPORTS activities ONLY (Soccer\, Hockey/Lacrosse\, Martial Arts\, and Basketball) on the day(s) for which they are registered (Mon-Thurs). \n\n\n\nThis will allow you to keep your younger children (grades 1-3) in after school supervision once their activity ends. We however require that ALL children who are enrolled in sports programs be picked up by 6:00.

DESCRIPTION:AFTER SCHOOL PICK UP PROTOCOL\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWEDNESDAYS – AFTER SCHOOL\n\n\n\nBe a green thumb and make the world a more beautiful place. Children will work individually and in a group setting; students will have a little gardening 101. They will beautifully decorate & name their plants; they will plant & learn about how to maintain a small garden in their own homes. Herbs to spice things up\, Flowers to beatify\, and edible treasures from their very own garden.  (*Most materials are included). \n\n\n\nNote: Participants are asked to provide their own apron or old shirt. \n\n\n\n20 students \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInstructor: Sue Brotherwood\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMUST READ: After School Supervision Program\n\n\n\nWe can no longer supervise children after their NON-SPORT after-school programs.
