This course is designed to bring back the FUN in FITNESS! The emphasis is on having fun and feeling good while getting a great workout. This program challenges children to be active and develop fundamental skills such as balance\, coordination\, agility\, strength\, and cardiovascular conditioning. Regular exercise can help alleviate problems due to hyperactivity\, low concentration\, obesity\, asthma & other allergies\, anger & self control issues\, shyness & self-esteem to name just a few! In this very interactive course\, our “mini” paleontologists will create their own fossil imprints\, participate in a fossil dig\, and a paper mosaic project\, and participate in fossil dig\, all while getting to touch and feel dino skeletons\, true-to size dino claws\, bones and teeth! On the last class\, participants will receive their very own authentic dinosaur bone fragment to take home! DESCRIPTION:The register button will only work after 7:00pm Thurs.\, Jan. 25th \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nREGISTER\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTHURSDAYS – LUNCH – WINTER\n\n\n\nIn this program we invade the classroom with a variety of small mammals\, reptiles\, amphibians\, arachnids and insects. As in our other programs\, our main goal is for the kids to have fun while they learn about some of the animals\, we share our planet with. It is very hands on and interactive. We play games\, have fun quizzes and team games. We also give out prizes to all the kids throughout the program. The kids get to choose one of their favourite Reptizoo animals to have their photo taken with. On the last day we hand out their photos and a piece of reptile skin as a souvenir.  \n\n\n\nWe show different animals in this program from our Reptizoo’s “Reptiles Around the World” program in the fall. \n\n\n\n24 students \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInstructor: Pat Benatar (Reptizoo)
