Sewing – Gr 3-6 – SPRING

THURSDAYS – AFTER SCHOOL

Back to basics. Learning how to sew a button or hem a pair of pants are life skills we all need. Sewing helps to develop fine motor skills, patience, ability to follow instructions and execute them. Sewing can be imaginative and creative.

This class will teach students a variety of techniques. How to hand sew as well as work a sewing machine.

MUST READ: After School Supervision Program

Children in NON-SPORT after-school programs are NOT SUPERVISED after the activity ends. It is a mandatory requirement that you agree to pick up your child(ren) (or indicate if they are able to walk home if in grades 4-6) at the appointed finish time of this activity – 5:30PM.

!!!Please do not register your child if you cannot meet this requirement.
