It can only be submitted in person with two pieces of ID at the office.
If you are only signing up for Grad or the End of Year Party, a completed police check/Judicial Records Check is not required.
Advance sign-ups are required to keep our school safe.
Grad Ceremony Set Up on Wednesday, June 17
DETAILS:
Looking for Grade 4 and Grade 5 parents! The grad committee is looking for Grad Ceremony Coordinators.
Participation includes attending a few of the online meetings on Monday evenings from 6-7 p.m., and being on-site at the Church from 4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Please note that the ceremony is from 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
