The Roslyn Health Room is looking for Volunteers! 

Roslyn has a Registered Nurse in school once a week, to review vaccination records, coordinate the Grade 4 vaccines, and follow families in need of support.

Day-to-day bumps, bruises, scrapes, and tummy aches, however, used to fall to the administrative staff in the front office.

To better support the kids and staff, HandS volunteers staff the health room – all day, every day. They distribute bandages, ice packs, food and snacks, and a little bit of comfort when kids are upset. Health room volunteers have a unique chance to meet students and staff and participate in school life.
