Important Reminders

• Police Check: All school volunteers are required to complete a Police Check. To do this, please complete the police check form and bring two pieces of ID for photocopying to the school office, and it takes about 10 minutes to fill out. 
• When you arrive for your scheduled time, please sign in at the visitor binder in the office, fill out your police check if you haven't already, and then head to the basement to join the other volunteers. Follow the Pizza Lunch signs!
• Footwear: Please wear comfortable shoes suitable for navigating stairs and hallways at Rosyln. We’ll be on our toes to deliver the dough-liciousness!
• When you are leaving for the day, please don't forget to sign out at the visitor binder in the office. 

Schedule for Pizza Lunch Volunteers

First Delivery (PreK–Grade 2):
11:00 a.m.  First delivery of pizzas from Pizza Hut.
11:10 a.m.  Volunteer meeting to review assignments.
11:35 a.m. & 12:05 p.m.  Deliveries to Activities, PreK, Kindergarten, Grades 1 and 2:
Deliver a bin with the order sheet, juice, desserts, plates, and napkins to each classroom.
15 minutes after delivery: Return to the classrooms to pick up the empty bins.
If you'd like to deliver to a specific class, let one of the Pizza Lunch Coordinators know when you arrive, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please leave pizza distributions to the lunch monitors and activity coordinators, if they are comfortable handling it.

Second Delivery (Grades 3–6):
12:00 p.m.  Second delivery of pizzas.
12:15 p.m.  Short volunteer meeting.
12:35 p.m. & 1:00 p.m.  Deliveries to Activities and Grades 3, 4, 5, and 6:
Follow the same process as the first delivery for delivering and picking up bins.
