It is one of Roslyn’s most loved traditions, and it would not be possible without volunteers who step up as coordinators.

Role Description
Pizza Lunch Coordinators support the behind-the-scenes work that makes each Pizza Lunch day a success.

As a coordinator, you may help with tasks such as:

• Admin: Preparing and keeping the paperwork organized for Pizza Lunch. This ensures that every class's order is ready for the big day and that small changes are tracked smoothly.

• On-site Coordination: Being on-site on Pizza Lunch days to help everything run smoothly. It includes supporting volunteers, making sure set-up is on time, facilitating pizza lunch deliveries, and helping with tidy-up at the end.

This is a team role. Coordinators support each other, and tasks are shared. If you can spare an hour here and there, you have what it takes to be a Dough Gooder Coordinator!
