Description

Does your child love movies? Imagine the excitement of starring in their very own one-of-a-kind film!

In Creative Video, students work together to create an original story and bring it to life on screen. From brainstorming ideas and developing characters to acting and learning camera techniques, students experience the exciting process of making a real movie. The focus of the class is hands-on creativity and performance, teaching valuable skills in creativity, collaboration, communication, performance, and visual storytelling — all while having an amazing time on set.

In the second half of the program, students in Grades 3–6 will focus on filming and editing their own short films while developing skills in cinematography and visual effects. Meanwhile, students in Grades 1–2 will start the year creating short videos of their own as they build confidence speaking and acting on camera.

Whether your child loves comedy, drama, action, or simply being creative and expressive, this program gives them the rare opportunity to star in a polished, professional-quality short film they’ll be proud of. Watching the finished movie for the first time is always a memorable experience for both students and parents — and a keepsake your family can enjoy for years to come.
